I am a manager within the camp industry, and I believe we have relied heavily, for years, on word of mouth advertising. It is that trust that we have with our campers/parents that enables us to get more campers in the door, and ultimately more opportunities to develop youth. As we look at new ways to reach our audience in the future, I am hoping that the industry looks heavily into the building the trust with our audience in social media outlets. To often we play catch up, when we could be poised to join the conversation now. Again, great article and I appreciate the work your organization is doing.</content><link rel='edit' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/4613287756879096302/8537912385348364084/comments/default/1034249267455168503'/><link rel='self' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/4613287756879096302/8537912385348364084/comments/default/1034249267455168503'/><link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://www.youth-marketing-blog.com/2008/11/is-trust-secret-of-influence-in-youth.html?showComment=1226065920000#c1034249267455168503' title=''/><author><name>Chance</name><uri>http://www.blogger.com/profile/12477603624534200835</uri><email>noreply@blogger.com</email><gd:image xmlns:gd='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005' rel='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005#thumbnail' width='16' height='16' src='http://img2.blogblog.com/img/b16-rounded.gif'/></author><thr:in-reply-to xmlns:thr='http://purl.org/syndication/thread/1.0' href='http://www.youth-marketing-blog.com/2008/11/is-trust-secret-of-influence-in-youth.html' ref='tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4613287756879096302.post-8537912385348364084' source='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/4613287756879096302/posts/default/8537912385348364084' type='text/html'/><gd:extendedProperty xmlns:gd='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005' name='blogger.itemClass' value='pid-1663749436'/></entry></feed>
